Leave 2023 in an explosion of glitter and dancing the night away at The Fed’s Disco Party.
The event is happening at The Fed in Gateshead on Wednesday 20 December and Thursday 28 December from 18:30pm – 00:30am, and there will be a three-course meal and all-inclusive drinks, between 7-11pm.
What to wear:
Sequin Shorts:
It may be cold outside but the dance floor will be heating up, so why not try hot pants? Combined with even just a simple t-shirt this look can be both comfy and stylish.
Waistcoats:
Sequin waistcoats look professional yet party-ready. You could pair them with the glittery shorts, mentioned above, maybe even glitzy or plain trousers.

Depop: Vintage 90’s Black Sequin Waistcoat (Seller: minimummouse/ £17.60 plus £4 shipping)

Depop: Vintage 90s sequin waistcoat (Seller: shedreams / £22 plus 33.50 shipping)
Glamorous Mini Dresses:
A classic… and because it really is cold, you could pair with black or shimmery tights – why not? Disco means glitter!

Depop: ASOS Mini Sequin Dress (Seller: lilleo92/ 338.25 plus £2.99 shipping)
Flared Trousers:
Flares, of course, are a 70s staple and what better time to wear them than at a disco!
Halter Tops:

New Look Metrocentre: Diamante Halter Neck Top (£18.00)
Another call back to the 70s!
Accessories:
Is it really a party if you’re not wearing earrings the size of disco balls? Go big or stay home!

River Island Metrocentre: Silver Dangle Earrings (£18)
Platform shoes that will ultimately kill your feet and leave you with blisters, but hey won’t you look great?

New Look Metrocentre: Red Velvet Platform Heels (29.99)
